Maiden Harvest features grain from the first ever harvest at our Maple Ridge farm. We grew triticale, a hybrid of rye and wheat, for it’s unique and diverse flavour. More subtle yet more complex than rye, and boasting the same body as wheat, we paired our triticale with a citrusy, lightly-phenolic yeast, and hopped it with just enough Sabro hops to incorporate notes of citrus and cedar. Join us in celebrating what we hope to be the first of many harvests.

The iconic Golden Ears Mountains embody the beautiful, mystical, and adventurous spirit that British Columbia has become famous for. The mountains helped define our local community and inspired this creation. Brewed with a hefty addition of oats and aged on vanilla, cocoa nibs, and Republica Coffee beans, this beer is light in colour but full in body and flavour. The creamy mouth-feel and rich coffee could fool anyone into thinking this beer is much darker than it is.

8) CULEKÖ – CUCUMBER LEMONGRASS KÖLSCH 5% | 20 IBU

11) HAZY SESSION ALE 4.5% | 25 IBU
Lighter in profile but still bursting with juicy hops! We brewed this beer in the typical New England style, utilizing late additions of Amarillo, Sabro and Mosaic hops. This combo of hops blends flavours of citrus, stone fruit, and tropical fruit.

12) SIGN OF THE LIMES - Key Lime Sour Ale 5.2% | 11 IBU
Like slicing into a key lime pie with graham cracker crust, this beer has the tart and tangy flavours of key limes, while boasting a supporting malty backbone. A balanced and delicious dessert sour.

13) BLACK LAGER 5.5% | 28 IBU
Malty with hints of roasted barley and sweet chocolate, and subtle hops for balance. Lagering has provided a surprisingly crisp finish to a classic dark beer.

A significant character in traditional Eastern European folklore, Jezibaba is Baba Yaga’s Czech sister. Like Baba Yaga, Jezibaba lives in the forest and while fierce, she is less scary and more helpful than her sister.
Rich and roasty, we brewed this robust stout as a strong, supporting backbone for the powerful flavours of Arbutus Distilling’s Baba Yaga Absinthe. Aged on leaves of lemon balm and mint, then blended with Baba Yaga Absinthe, this beer boasts notes of sweet liquorice, mint, and subtle citrus.

Brewed in an unconventional way, utilizing a blend of bacteria and wild Brett harvested in house. Zero hop additions have allowed the lactobacillus to produce a slight tartness before fermentation took off.
