    This hazy powerhouse shines with Galaxy-driven notes of passion fruit, peach, and citrus. A body of sweet dextrin malt and pillowy wheat and oats finishes smooth and slightly bitter, showcasing bright tropical hop character. A deep dive into juicy hop saturated bliss.

  • HIGH TIDE - West Coast IPA 6.0% | 65 IBU

    Flavour Notes: This West Coast IPA showcases a bold blend of piney, resinous bitterness from Columbus, with bright citrus notes of grapefruit and orange from Centennial and Citra. Simcoe adds dank, earthy flavors, while Citra contributes tropical fruit like pineapple and mango. The clean malt backbone provides balance, and the beer finishes dry, crisp, and highly refreshing with a lingering hop bitterness.

    Flavour Notes: This mixed culture foeder-aged sour celebrates nine years with vibrant, complex layers of tartness and fruit. Aged on Haskap berries, it bursts with flavors of tangy red currant and blueberry, balanced by subtle oak and earthy funk. The finish is refreshingly crisp, with a dry, slightly tannic quality that invites another sip.

    Flavour Notes: This Baltic Porter pours a deep ebony hue with a tan head and offers a harmonious blend of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and subtle caramel sweetness. The medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, coupled with a warming alcohol presence, creates a comforting and balanced beer.

  • Lavender Earl Grey 6.0% | 28 IBU

    Flavour Notes:

    A perennial favourite, and Canadian Brewing Award winner, this beer boasts strong flavors of rich bergamot and herbal lavender, complemented by biscuit and caramel malt. Golden amber, this medium bodied beer finishes dry with subtle, floral hop bitterness.

  • EQUILIBRIUM - Coffee Milk Stout 8.5% | 30 IBU

    Flavour Notes:

    A balanced blend of roasted malt, creamy espresso, rich chocolate and sweet lactose creates this dark and delicious delight. Brewed in collaboration with Republica Coffee Roasted to provide beer and coffee drinkers the best of both worlds.
