Little darling, this hazy pale ale is bursting with bright and juicy hops. It has a mellow malt profile that allows hoppy flavours of stone fruit, passionfruit and citrus to shine.

Well rounded and incredibly hop forward. Subtle caramel malts provide a balanced base for the complex citrus, floral and pine hop notes.

A hop-forward version of a classic hefeweizen, named after the hops used in this beer, Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon. Both are daughter hops of Cascade, and boast flavours ranging from heavy citrus to sweet melon and tropical fruit.

9) SCHWARZBIER 5.5% | 28 IBU
Malty with hints of roasted barley and sweet chocolate, and subtle hops for balance. Lagering has provided a surprisingly crisp finish to a classic dark beer.

When Amsterdam Nursery was just getting started in the 1970s, they wanted to add a bit of ‘home’ to their garden, so they sourced a local Belle de Boskoop apple tree - a Dutch favourite! After grafting that tree to their own apple trees, Amsterdam‘s orchard began to flourish. Those trees continue to produce delicious apples to this day which are perfect for baking, cooking, and beer. We are honoured to use these apples in Appelflappen!
What is Appelflappen you might ask? It is a delicious Dutch dessert similar to an apple fritter. In addition to Amsterdam Nursery’s Belle de Boskoop apples, Appelflappen was also brewed with cinnamon and lactose. As a result, this stout is rich, velvety, and subtly sweet.

This vibrant sour has been pumped up by the addition of beetroot, blackberry, and blueberry, creating a puckeringly sour and deliciously juicy beer.

Strong flavours of rich bergamot and herbal lavender, complemented by biscuit and caramel malt. Golden amber, this medium bodied beer finishes dry with subtle, floral hop bitterness.

Celebrating five years since we began this wonderfully unique adventure.
Inspired by the traditional brewing methods from Belgium's Flanders region, FIVE was brewed and blended to create this rich and fruity sour beer. We combined ales aged in our foeders for eighteen months before refermenting the blend on cherries and raspberries. This process has resulted in a very complex and acidic beer, with notes of dark fruit, spicy oak, and chocolate.

A significant character in traditional Eastern European folklore, Jezibaba is Baba Yaga’s Czech sister. Like Baba Yaga, Jezibaba lives in the forest and while fierce, she is less scary and more helpful than her sister.
Rich and roasty, we brewed this robust stout as a strong, supporting backbone for the powerful flavours of Arbutus Distilling’s Baba Yaga Absinthe. Aged on leaves of lemon balm and mint, then blended with Baba Yaga Absinthe, this beer boasts notes of sweet liquorice, mint, and subtle citrus.

To celebrate our sixth anniversary, we took our aging program to a new level with this beer. Pouring a pale orange-pink, this Kriek was aged in our oak Foeder, then blended with montmorency tart cherries. With ample brettanomyces and cherry on the nose, and subtle hints of kitchen spice from having been aged on whole fruit, this beer balances puckering sour with refreshing fruit and complex wild yeast.
