In celebration of a decade of brewing, we proudly present our Tenth Anniversary release: a wild sour ale aged in a foeder and infused with rich plum. TEN offers a lively tartness balanced by juicy fruit notes and an earthy funk. The rich plum character adds a touch of sweetness, while oak and wild yeast create a complex, lingering finish.
