Traditionally ‘winter beers’ are some of the heartiest, richest, most flavourful of all beer styles, and we’ve just released two of them!

Jezibaba Absinthe Stout is a collab that we did with Arbutus Distillery’s Baba Yaga Absinthe. In traditional Eastern European folklore, Baba Yaga is a witch that lives in the forest tormenting innocent passersby. Jezibaba is her Czech sister – she is more

 helpful than Baba Yaga and is also an expert botanist. 

Here are a few words from our head brewer, Lyndsay Birch:

“Rich and roasty, we brewed this robust stout as a strong, supporting backbone for the powerful flavours of arbutus distilling’s Baba Yaga Absinthe. Aged on leaves of lemon balm and mint, then blended with Baba Yaga Absinthe, this beer boasts notes of sweet liquorice, mint, and subtle citrus.”
